Jorge Madrigal

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, February 12th, 2015
– Artist Relations and Production company RedCave Media, LLC. announced this week that singer/songwriter Jorge Madrigal has signed an EP recording and production deal with their music production studio, Uncle Brown’s Sound Recordings.

Madrigal brings the first, original, spanish language music to the Uncle Brown’s Sound studio.  Jorge is scheduled to record an introductory 3 song EP of original music which has a target release for late spring 2016. His vocal style and songwriting stays true to his experiences and emotions… but also does not stray very far from his cultural influences.

Jorge’s personality and sensitivity clearly comes through in every word of his vocal performance and his songwriting,” said Bryon Turcotte, Uncle Brown’s Sound Owner and Lead Producer. “I have always been a huge fan of spanish language music and many of the iconic artist which still exists to be influences to young, latino artists and musicians of today”, Turcotte says. “I don’t see Jorge being distracted from these influences, but know he puts a unique mark on all he does to make a lasting impact. I feel that listening to Jorge’s music will be like meeting him in person. He is genuine and passionate about his music and the message he shares through it’s words. Working with him on this introductory release will be a joy and I know big things will come for him soon after it hits the streets.

Madrigal will begin his recording sessions on February 25th at Uncle Brown’s Sound in Broken Arrow. Along with Kelsey Hausam, Lindsay Main, and T-Dizzle, RedCave will include Madrigal on the upcoming new artist compilation that promises to drop in the early spring of 2016.

Independent Label RedCave Records Officially Launched

RedCave Records Logo

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, January 30, 2016 – Artist Relations and Production company RedCave Media, LLC. announced today that they have officially launched the independent artist recording label RedCave Records. Owner and Lead Producer of RedCave Media Bryon Turcotte is proud to finally make this announcement after months of discussion with members of the RedCave Artist collective and close friends of the RedCave organization to determine the correct game plan and strategy of how to serve artists in the best way possible.

Working in conjunction with the their music production facility, Uncle Brown’s Sound Recordings, RedCave will work with their current list of contracted and newly signed independent artists/musicians to release newly recorded material in multiple formats to hopefully assist in the continued building of their audience and fan base. “We are very excited about the possibilities that this will bring in the upcoming months and years“, says Turcotte. “Creating a truly independent record label who will work with each artist to insure their music, creativity, method of marketing and distribution agrees with their vision, dreams and artist integrity has not only been a dream of mine personally, but is a goal of every artist that walks through our doors to start a recording project“, he said. “We just want to get their music and their stories into the ears and hearts of the people who will appreciate the inspiration and passion behind the process. We want to do this their way and let them be who they are…not who they have been told they should be. We want to capture history – release these songs just how they were recorded for all the world to hear.

The list of RedCave Records artists – Kelsey Hausam, Lindsay Main, T-Dizzle, and The Bandless Hands – are songwriters, writers and musicians who have been recording at Uncle Brown’s Sound, their recording facility on North Main Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and have contributed as resident artists and mentors within The RedCave Artist Collective. The entire organization is fueled by a network of support and passion that can only be described as inspirational. “There is a lot of talent growing within our walls and we are very excited about what we are about to share with music lovers in 2016“, says Turcotte. “We are allowed to do what we do because of a lot of generous, caring, and empowering people. Those who have contributed to Uncle Brown’s Sound and the KeepUBSAlive Campaign is a growing tribe that we think about during every note we play. RedCave Records will clearly show what can be accomplished by a group of people who believe in themselves and in each other.”

RedCave Records will function both as an independent label identity for these artists when distributing and selling their music both in retail outlets and as a distribution/marketing arm in the online music space. Listeners and fans can hear samples of some of the upcoming releases on the RedCave Records page which will be periodically updated as songs are released from production.

RedCave Records will accept unsolicited demo submissions from unsigned solo artists, songwriters, and musical groups which will be reviewed by our team carefully to determine our level of interest. The label’s review team will reply to all music submittals within 3 weeks via email.

RedCave Artist Collective Promises to Mentor, Inspire

The RedCave Artist Collective
Mentoring and Collaboration comes to Local Recording Studio

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, December 9, 2015 – Artist Relations and Production company RedCave Media, LLC. announced today that they have officially formed The RedCave Artist Collective, a creatively driven group of artists, musicians who will function as mentors, consultants and collaborators while assisting young musicians to sharpen their creativity and confidence.

This group will be based at Uncle Brown’s Sound, their recording facility on North Main Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. They will use this group to share creative ideas and help to mentor other young artists who will eventually record at the studio and/or retain RedCave Media’s services in the future.

Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much,” was so clearly and famously stated many years ago by the inspirational American author, political activist, and lecturer...Helen Keller.

Any young musician, artist or creative person who has walked through the doors of Uncle Brown’s Sound and/or RedCave Media has been invited by its owner, Bryon Turcotte, to sit down in a comfortable chair to listen to his beliefs about music, creativity and what encouragement and empowerment -will tell you that they are much warmer than any recording studio, far more giving than any production company, and genuinely more compassionate than any artist consultant.

Their reality is true creativity, collaboration, communication and artistic freedom. Their belief is that the artist must have a place to dwell, nest and feed – not just push out a product like a machine that someone else controls from behind a desk. It is also their belief that the artist should be allowed to create and take full advantage of their muse and let what is inside come out and exercise its truth and greatness to the highest level possible.

Our ultimate goal, beyond anything else, is to support, encourage, and empower independent artists through fellowship, mentoring and collaboration with other artists, musicians and creative people” Turcotte says proudly about the foundation of his creative group. “There are many obstacles that appear during the artist’s creative journey. Many hurdles that can be difficult to overcome. Many hills and valleys that need to be crossed. A difficult challenge is always easier to conquer when someone – one that may have already walked in your shoes – is there to encourage, advise and support you along the way.”

The RedCave Artist Collective is not a group of elite individuals who come to the table to share impressive credentials, drop names for status, or the desire to show who is best. Turcotte clearly promises, “We stand to be a group of artists that strive to create, inspire, and learn to live in their music  and work to help their fellow artists to create, inspire, and live.”

Those artists and musicians who come to Uncle Brown’s Sound are reminded that this is their creative home – a place where they can not only record…but learn, conceptualize, write, think, relax, grow, encourage, mentor, inspire and be inspired. “Those who come here are told to come back often – whether it be to share a new set of lyrics or just sit down for a chat over a cup of coffee”, says Turcotte.

We are much more than you may think we are.

RedCave Media welcomes all young, local musicians and artists to come and talk about who you are and who you would like to be. They are available to meet with you and discuss your thoughts and your music.

Please feel free to contact RedCave Media or Uncle Brown’s Sound as soon as possible to schedule a visit or meeting to talk about your needs.

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, November 17, 2015
– Artist Relations and Production company RedCave Media, LLC. announced this week that singer/songwriter Lindsay Main has signed a recording and production deal with their music production studio, Uncle Brown’s Sound Recordings.

Ms. Main is slated to record a 10 song, full length album of original music which has a target release for late spring 2016.

Main’s musical influence and vocal style takes a strong and brave stance in the face of a pop filled, one hit wonder industry. She brings a voice that could easily make many swoon with envy and long to copy her treasure filled artistry.
